Can't beat the thrill of fishing in Yellowstone National Park! It's the oldest national park and famous for native cutthroat trout. You gotta respect the catch-and-release rules though, you're there for the experience, not the take home. Ever tried fishing in a place like that?

Another place definitely worth considering is the Olympic National Park in Washington - plenty of rivers and a few lakes that's teeming with game fish such as salmon and trout. The key to a good spot - early morning or just before sunset!
