So, I've been thinking a lot about fishing lately. For the longest time, I was trying to figure out what people find fascinating about it. Like, why would anyone willingly sit down for hours just to catch a fish? But, when I tried it, I had a sort of "a-ha" moment and began to see the beauty in it. I know, it sounds like I've joined the fisherman's cult or something.

Anyway, I wanted to hear your thoughts. Can you weigh in on what you deem to be the greatest benefits of fishing? Like, does it help you unwind from a stressful day or do you enjoy the thrill of the catch? Maybe, you just love being in nature, and fishing is just a way to soak it all up. Hmm, all interesting points, but I've gotta play devil's advocate here. Are there any negative impacts of fishing we're overlooking? What about overfishing or harm to local ecosystems? Don't get me wrong, I can see why folks enjoy it, but isn't it our responsibility to make sure we're respecting nature too? Just something to chew on...
